How to use
Hydrating Toning Essence is used after clean your skin by water or makeup remover . And before applying any serum or essence. For the best effect, please refer to the steps below:
Step 1: Clean the skin, remove makeup with water or makeup remover.
Step 2: Apply Hydrating Toning Essence to the skin to balance moisture and create a path for nutrients to penetrate the skin faster. Focus area of melasma, freckles
